The house was lovely
The house was lovely. The kitchen is well equipped. The two rooms are separated by the living area, which offers privacy to the parties occupying the rooms. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The location is peaceful yet close to the best of everything that Coconut Grove has to offer. We recommend the place and will definitely stay there again.

Carlos was absolutely amazing, provides clear instructions and communicates effectively. We did run into a little situation with the A/C but Carlos was very kind and quickly got the issue resolved. With that being said my friends and I loved this BNB. The surrounding areas, the privacy, the comfort was all top tier. I would definitely book this Airbnb again if I came back.

Carlos was a gracious host. He communicated well from the very start. Our only issue was the inability to make the bedrooms cooler at night. Other than that, it was a great stay, I would stay there again for a quick getaway.
