Everything was clean and the area felt very safe. You get your own private space, but there is a shared yard with tenants in another building. However, we never saw them and were never bothered. Parking was easy since there’s a spot right in front of the main house, and street parking was sometimes available as well. We did have a little trouble getting in at first and were a bit worried since we arrived very late, but the host was super responsive and helped us quickly, which we really appreciated. Overall, our stay was perfect with no issues. The AC worked great and was a huge plus in the Florida heat. The place is ideal for two people and has everything you need, including a kitchen with basics like a microwave, coffee maker, small oven, mini fridge, and a double burner cooktop.

The perfect place to stay in Miami — I absolutely loved my time here. From the moment I booked, everything was seamless and straightforward. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. The location was ideal, close to everywhere I needed to go, and the property itself was stunning — spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully presented. I couldn’t recommend it more. Place looks exactly like the pictures. We stayed for 5 nights and it was very comfortable. Definitely need a car here but good driving distance to anything you would want to do in the area. Super easy check-in.
